- Cara membuat saus: tumis bawang bombay hingga layu, lalu masukan saus delmonte, dan saus sambal, beri gula, masako, merica atau lada hitam aduk rata, beri kecap asin sedikit, lalu tuang air dan beri larutan maizena agar mengental aduk dan tes rasa, saus siap di tuang pd chicken katsu.
- Sajikan dengan kentang goreng salad, mayonaise dan saus sambal.
