Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan Ensalada Rusa/Russian Salad
- Bunda dapat Siapkan wortel ukuran sedang sebanyak 2 buah.
- Siapkan kentang ukuran kecil sebanyak 5 buah.
- Olah kacang polong (saya pakek yg frozen) sebanyak 200 gr.
- Olah mayonese (mayonese yg bagus menentukan rasa) sebanyak 3 sdm.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan can tuna in olive oil sebanyak 1.
- Siapkan Vinegar sebanyak secukupnya.
- Olah Olive oil sebanyak secukupnya.
- Olah Merica hitam bubuk sebanyak secukupnya.
- Olah Garam sebanyak secukupnya.

Instruksi Untuk Menyiapkan Ensalada Rusa/Russian Salad
- Didihkan air di panci setelah mendidih masukkan 2 sdt garam dan masukkan wortel dan kentang yg sudah dikupas dan dipotong dadu..
- Masukkan kacang polong frozen ke strainer/saringan dan guyur dengan air dr kran sampai tdk frozen lalu masukkan sekalian dg strainernya ke rebusan kentang dan wortel(kacang polong tetap berada di saringan waktu direbus) rebus 2 menit dan angkat..
- Rebus hanya sktr 5 mnt kentang dan wortel,jgn terlalu matang supaya tdk hancur ketika di aduk..
- Saring kentang dan wortel dan biarkan sktr 10 mnt (hanya sepuluh menit).
- Masukkan bahan saus ke dalam ember yg agak besar an campur semua bahan saus : mayonese,vinegar,olive oil,garam,merica hitam bubuk..
- Lalu masukkan sayuran dan tuna kalengnya (hanya tunanya saja dan buang minyaknya).
- Campur dan aduk semua sayuran dan sausnya,cicipi tambahkan bahan saus sesuai selera jika ada yg perlu ditambahkan..
- Masukkan dan tata rapi di mangkuk tutup/rekatkan mangkuk dg plastick steril lalu masukkan ke lemari es dan tunggu hingga 1 jam..
- Setelah 1 jam di lemari es russian salad siap dihidangkan..
- Note : salad kentang ini memang adalah hidangan yg dimakan dingin..
