- Siapkan pepaya mentah atau mengkal, dicacah2 panjang sebanyak 1/2 butir.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan bawang putih sebanyak 1-2 butir.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan cabe rawit merah atau sesuai selera sebanyak 2 buah.
- Olah ebi goreng sebanyak 1 sdm.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan terasi sebanyak 1/4 sdt.
- Olah air asam sebanyak 2 sdm.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan jeruk nipis ambil airnya atau sesuai selera keasamannya sebanyak 1 butir.
- Olah tomat cherry sebanyak 5 buah.
- Olah fish sauce (saya ga tau merek apa yg pas untuk makanan ini) sebanyak 2 sdm.
- Siapkan garam sebanyak 1/4 sdt.
- Olah gula pasir sebanyak 1 sdm.
- Siapkan penyedap (kalo org Thai sukanya Ajinomoto, dan pakenya seabreg2) sebanyak 1/4 sdt.

- Olah bihun yg sudah direndam air panas, tiriskan sebanyak 2 genggam.
- Siapkan paprika warna apa saja sebanyak 1/2 butir.
