You can make the salad your own by adding any vegetable. I used my food processor to make the sauce which was very easy and turned out great. And so, in reading "gado gado," or "gado²" the translation could be roughly interpreted as "you really, really shouldn't eat this with rice." The most important thing to remember about this salad is that when you serve it, eat it right off the bat. Don't let it sit, because the vegetables have a lot of water.

Instruksi Untuk Menyiapkan Vegetables salad a.k.a gado gado

  1. Pertama kita kukus dulu sayuran dimulai dr yg paling lama matang jagung,kentang,labu,kacang panjang,klo sdh dirasa setengah matang masuk kan kangkung,bayam,kol...kukus sebentar smp kira kira matang sesaat sebelum dimatiikan apinya masuk kan toge.angkat.
  2. Bumbu kacang : halus kan cabe rawit goreng,bawang putih goreng tambahkan gula merah kacang goreng dan air asam jawa sampai lembut masuk kan garam tes rasa yg terakhr kucuri dengan air jeruk lemon.
  3. Potong potong tahu goreng,tempe goreng,taruh di atas cobek tambahkan sayuran nya lalu campur bumbu kacang beserta sayuran dan bahan lainnya.tambah kan krupuk.
