You may add or change vegetables. Place the vegetables decoratively on a large platter. Sit in lime juice and shallots just before use. Arrange all vegetables on a dish and pour over the sauce.
Langkah-langkah Untuk Membuat Gado-gado(Vegetables salad with peanut sauce)
- Rebus sayuran 1/1 sampai matang/setengah matang tergantung selera,.
- Bumbunya: Goreng cabai merah,bawang putih & kacang sampai matang kemudian diinginkan baru di haluskan, tambahkan air & sedikit santan lalu blender๐.
- Masukkan panci tambahkan daun jeruk, didihkan lalu beri gula, garam, Gula merah &sisa santan.. Tambahkan sedikit tepung tapioka cair sebagai pengental, koreksi rasa y bun๐๐.
- Sambalnya: Rebus cabai rawit kemudian haluskan.
