- Dalam bowl campurkan : mangga, wortel, bawang >> aduk rata.
- Diwadah lain, campur : air dg gula >> aduk hg tercampur rata lalu tuangkan ke bowl buah tadi, aduk rata. Nanti mangga dan wortelnya akan menjadi lemas. Diamkan dikulkas minimal 1 jam sblm disajikan.
