- Ulek gula merah dan ebi hingga halus sedangkan yang di tumbuk kasar: kacang, cabai dan bawang putih. Berikan kecap ikan dan air perasan jeruk nipis. masukkan sedikit kacang panjang, pepaya dan wortel campur dengan bumbu. Untuk gula merah baiknya direbus dulu dijadikan pasta gula. Karena saya mau cepet ya ulek aja semua.. biar gak ribet..
- Aduk semua bahan di dalam wadah. Som tam siap di nikmati. Tempatkan sisa salad ke dalam wadah dapat di simpan ke dalam kulkas bertahan 6hari.selamat mencoba.
