  1. Cuci bersih daging dada ayam fillet. Lalu baluri dg jeruk nipis dan lada bubuk. Lalu panggang satu menit (bolak balik).
  2. Haluskan bumbu lalu balurkan ke daging ayam lalu tunggu sampai meresap.
  3. Iris kol dan wortel (selera). Lalu rebus setengah menit (selera jg bisa direbus atau tidak). Lalu sajikan dg mayonaise dan tambahkan susu kental manis sedikit.
